Shipping, Order Tracking and Delivery

Nationwide Shipping:

House of Nūr provides free shipping on orders of Rs.1500 and above on domestic orders in India only. Applicable shipping charges will be applied during checkout on all other orders below Rs.1500.

Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy for Domestic Shipments:

For orders to be delivered within India once an order is dispatched, we will not accept any requests for cancellation, exchange, or return till the product is delivered to you.

International Shipping:

House of Nūr provides shipping services worldwide at a nominal rate. Delivery to any international location normally takes 7 to 21 working days depending on the location. The shipping cost to each location depends on the shipment weight and is different for each location. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid Basis, which means product prices and shipping cost we charge are exclusive of Duties. As the recipient you are liable to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy for International Shipments:

For orders to be delivered outside India once an order is dispatched, we will not accept any requests for cancellation, exchange, or refunds. In case you refuse delivery, the shipment will be disposed off by our courier partner and we will not be able to provide any refund.

We offer various shipping options, including standard shipping for regular delivery and express shipping for faster delivery. The available shipping methods and delivery timeframes will be displayed at the checkout.
