Return Window:
House of Nūr offers a hassle-free return policy with a window of 2 working day from the date of delivered. This gives you sufficient time to inspect the products and decide if they meet your expectations.
Easy Return Process:
Returning an item is easy with the House of Nūr. Our online return portal allows you to initiate returns with just a few clicks. The customer has to bear the cost of returning the product back to our address. Refund amount will be processed post the product has reached us and the quality check is complete, through the same mode of payment used while making the purchase, within 7-14 working days.
Return Shipping:
We follow a rigorous 2-Step quality check done on all orders before they are shipped and we do not ship damaged products. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so we provide House of Nūr credits to your account in case of genuine damaged product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process.
Damages, Issues, and Condition of Return/Exchange Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, inlay card and packaging intact. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item back, and let you know if the return/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified by our customer support team stating the same.
Nūr Credit:
House of Nūr offers you Nūr credit that you can use for future purchases. Nūr Credits are valid for a period of 60 days. In case you wish for Nūr Credit for Refund it is initiated promptly to your credits once we receive and inspect the returned items. In case the product has items missing or damaged, House of Nūr holds full authority to levy a penalty minimum of 50%-100% of the product on return amount or credit. Credits earned on orders can be redeemed in the next purchase only and cannot be transferred to the client bank account.
Sale or Offer Items:
No exchange and return is applicable on the products purchased from and during any offers and sale. Sale items include any orders bought with promo codes, coupon codes, or sales. All orders that have any codes applied will be considered as final sale.
Pre-Booking:
Pre-book orders launch duration/date will be notified on the website for expected delivery date clarification. Prepaid orders in pre-booking cannot be cancelled as prepaid orders are purchased on priority for clients.
Cancellation of Order:
A processing fee of Rs 500 will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. This fee will be waived off in case product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of House of Nūr (example: out of stock products). For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
Exchange of Product:
House of Nūr's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on www.houseofnur.in for any reason within the specified return/exchange period of 2 Working Days.
Exchanges are case specific and will be at the discretion of House of Nūr Quality team.
If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you within the specified exchange period for the same or different style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
If you choose to exchange item purchased by you for any other item of the same or different value. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to your Credits post successful pick up of original item from you.
Applicable refund/credit for exchange will be triggered post successful pick of original item from you. We accept exchange of items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, inlay card and packaging intact.
Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange.
Offer Period or Sale Products cannot be exchanged.
